Hyderabad: Graduation Day celebrations at Loyola Academy
Hyderabad: Loyola Academy proudly celebrated its 4th Graduation Day on Saturday. Prof T PAPI REDDY, the Chairman of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education, was invited as the Chief Guest and the Guests of Honor were Prof Sriram Venkatesh the Controller of Examinations of Osmania University, Hyderabad and Rev. Fr K A Stanislaus S J the Provincial of Jesuit Province (Andhra & Telangana States)
The Chief Guest & Guests of Honor were escorted by the NCC troop of Loyola Academy in the Academic Procession to the venue. The troop was led by Contingent Commander, Senior Under Officer, D Megha. The programme started at 11am with a prayer song by the college choir. The Principal of Loyola Academy, along with the Chief Guest and Guests of Honor inaugurated the event with the lighting of the lamp. The Principal addressed the graduates with a lot of wishes and advices for their future in their career along with suggestions on wise choices for further education and fields of work.
Prof T Papi Reddy, the Chairman of the TSHE, spoke about the current trends and industries that have the decent scopes for respective careers for the graduates. Prof Sriram Venkatesh, the C.O.E of Osmania University, wished the students for bright future and advised them to understand the required skills and knowledge for current industries. Rev Fr K A Stanislaus S J suggested a renewed syllabus relating to skill based education. After the addressing, the dignitaries on the dais were felicitated with a Bouquet, Shawl & the Memento.
