Hyderabad: University of Hyderabad scholar receives Best Poster Presentation Award

Hyderabad: Karra Vinod Kumar, pursuing Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. S.V.S. Nageswara Rao, School of Physics, University of Hyderabad has recently received the Best Poster Presentation Award at the 5th International Conference on Nano-structuring by Ion Beams (ICNIB-2019), held at Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research (IGCAR), Kalpakkam, Tamilnadu.

Vinod Kumar presented a poster titled "Ion Beam irradiation-induced effects on HfO2/GaAs interfaces And consequent effects on the electrical properties of MOS devices" at ICNIB-2019.
