India's biggest national level contest sees participation from all across Telangana State

Hyderabad: Discovery School Super League, 2019 (DSSL) is India's biggest national level inter-school contest. DSSL is a critical thinking and aptitude-based competition that provides a unique platform for students to compete and win laurels for themselves and their schools. The exam is divided into three stages

Stage 1 of Discovery School Super League is a School Level exam which was conducted in 1006 schools of Telangana and 2 students from each school are selected, 1 student representing Junior category(4th-6th class) and 1 student Representing Senior Category (7th – 9th class) to participate in Stage 2

Stage 2 of Discovery School Super League which was concluded on Sunday for Telangana Schools saw participation from 33 districts of Telangana whose results will be further processed for Selection into stage 3.

Stage 3 of Discovery School Super League is a TV show which will be telecast on Discovery Channel (Dates to be finalised) and two students will be selected from Telangana State, who will compete with other States. Top three winning teams of stage three will win an all-expenses-paid trip to NASA along with their school principal.

"The purpose is to unearth science and maths geniuses from different parts of the country. More than 6.2 million students participated from 17000+ schools across the country in round 1. We congratulate all the students, parents and teachers of Telangana for this enthusiastic participation in round 2 for making this a successful event," said Atit Mehta, Head, Marketing, Byju's .
