Hyderabad: The little gems of class VI and VII of Dr. Gems School visited nearly Kallam Spinning Mill located at Dhullipalla to acquire the knowledge how thread is made from cotton.

The manager of the mill gave a detailed account of how the seeds are separated from the cotton by ginning and then how the ginned fibre is made into thread by spinning.

All the students learnt the procedure of making a thread will keen interest all the students were very much pleased. The mill Director Praveen Reddy gave a brief note about the mill to the students.

The school director Ch.Ravi Chandra thanked Praveen Reddy for giving an opportunity to the students to visit the mill.
