Manage life, enjoy life…
My dear young friends! Congrats on your success in board exams, How about your next move? Do you consider this success will bring you closer to objective? (Or) do you feel it that will revitalise all your abilities to lead life enthusiastically and more meaningfully? It is up to you to decide with the help of your self-management abilities. Let's look at what self–management is?
It was precisely remarked by La Rochefoucauld "It is not enough to have great to have great abilities; we should also have the management of them". This remark had thrown its weight behind the "self –management" abilities that are essential to lead a better life when it is stormy. Have you ever felt that, sometimes you are not able to handle the situation up to the mark or should have thought, I could have better handled it? Don't worry; each one of us might have passed through these situations. When you are good at self-management, then you can manage such situations with ease. It meant that, the ability to coordinate one's own emotions, behaviour and thoughts which are propelling forces to achieve our goal.
It is well-known fact that at present the younger generations are caught in the grip of aspirations of their parents and not able to overcome it. It is quite necessary to talk with the parents about your aim and convince them with your designs of development. No parent will object their ward's choice if they were convinced. There are some good examples that will make your parents to nod, for instance the director of a block buster biopic movie "Mahanati" Nagi is the only son of a reputed gynaecologist owned group of Hospitals. Another young manNihar also son of a reputed Doctor Sailaja Chandu, who is running a restaurant "Churrolto" in Hyderabad. These two guys have cleared the illusionary vision of the present parent tribe that younger generations need support to evolve as self reliant not suppression of their ideas. So, my dear young friends; be ready with your plans to convince your parents
The quality of your self-management will be known to the world only when we reach our goal. You should have the control on the situations and channelise the abilities with utmost responsibility. In self-management we have to manage ourselves successfully without any ruin, and then we have to focus on our personal growth both qualitatively and quantitatively. Self-management always supported by four pillars such as positive thoughts, emotional management, conflict management and adaptive behaviour. So, let's inculcate all these qualities from the home, school and society and enjoy every phase of life. As Brian Tracy remarked "You have to put in many, many, many tiny efforts that nobody sees or appreciates before you achieve anything worthwhile". Aren't you in agreement with me..? Friends this should become your motto of life "Manage your life-Enjoy your life"
