Sister Nivedita School holds Literary Fest in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Sister Nivedita School, Ameerpet conducted a Literary Fest. Literature is vital in sustaining a vibrant culture. This year the themes were taken from the textbooks and were presented as skits and plays that belonged to different genres.

This also formed an integral part of student's portfolios. The first day was a Biographical sketch of famous personalities in the form of an interview in heaven between Albert Einstein and Dr A P J Abdul Kalam.

Each day was different, arousing the curiosity and interest of the students which served as a tool to enhance their learning. The topics ranged from poetry to literature catering to the requirements of every class.

Throughout the week, the displays were meted out for the various presentations of different classes ranging from 6-10. This also integrated the history of nature as the children presented King Arthur's sword to the present day glamorous field of acting.

All the actors belonging to different age groups revealed in their performances and were applauded by the school Director Harihara Prasad and the school principal Jayanthi Venkataraman.
