Vellore Institute of Technology conducts PG, Research Entrance Exam
Amaravati: In a press release the VIT Chancellor Dr G Viswanathan mentioned that 5,931 candidates who had applied for VIT Masters Entrance Examination (VITMEE) and VIT Research Entrance Examination (VITREE) conducted by Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore will take up the examination from June 1 and 2 at Vellore, Chennai, Bhopal and Amaravati campuses and 20 centres across India.
VITMEEE and VITREE the computer-based test is conducted for admission to various post graduate programmes offered by VIT at its campuses in Vellore, Chennai, Bhopal and Amaravati during academic year 2019-20.
The entrance examination is being conducted for admission to 21 M Tech programmes., 6 M Sc M DES, MCA, and MBA offered at VIT's, Vellore campus, 9 M Tech M CA, MBA and programmes at its Chennai campus, 2 M Tech. programmes at Amaravati (Andhra Pradesh) campus, and 2 M Tech programmes at Bhopal campus.
The test is being conducted in two sessions daily, from 10 am to 12.00 noon. and 2.30 pm. to 4.30 pm. The results of VITMEE and VITREE will be released in the VIT website, www.vit.ac.in by the end of June 2019.
