Bengaluru: With the rise in Coronavirus cases, hospitals are facing big deal to accommodate patients. This situation turned as death for a 50-year-old woman who was looking for admission into a hospital after she began experiencing breathing problem. Almost 12 hospitals refused to admit the woman because of shortage of beds who died later.

The husband of the deceased Babu said "We had approached 12 hospitals in three days including Victoria Hospital. Every hospital claimed to have a shortage of beds and can't able to admit the woman." She could not be saved even after she got admitted at KC General Hospital. The 50-year-old woman passed away on Saturday after a few minutes of her admission.

35-year-old man passes due to shortage of beds

In other case, A 35-year man Manjunath also passed away on Saturday because of refusal from hospitals due to a shortage of beds. The deceased reported that he is suffering from fever for over three days.

When his condition got worse, the man's wife admitted him into a private hospital on Saturday after hours of suffering. But it couldn't make Manjunath to live longer. He passed away within 15 minutes after getting admitted. The hospital authorities took swab samples from the deceased and stated that the body would be handed over only after the test results were received.
