1. Ditch SLS

• Yes… You heard it right! One needs to ditch the shampoos which contain Sodium Lauryl Sulphates (SLS).

• These detergents easily strip away the natural oils from your scalp and make your hair follicles turn brittle and lose their natural colour. Thus one gets dependent on shampoos and use them more frequently blaming the pollution for your hair problems.

2. Pamper Your Scalp

• Well, many think that rubbing your tresses in-between the hands will strip away the dust from the hair. Further adding a conditioner will make them turn soft and shiny. But you are wrong!!!

• You also need to concentrate on your scalp along with tresses while shampooing… Just offer a gentle massage on to your scalp with the shampoo lather for about 2 minutes and put a little pressure with your fingers to stimulate the blood flow on the scalp. This way, your scalp not only gets cleansed but it also prevents hair fall by boosting hair rejuvenation and growth.

3. Co-Wash

• Well, can you imagine washing your hair without shampoo? But it is possible! One can ditch the shampoos and simply go with 'Co-Wash' method!

• First, you need to rinse your hair thoroughly with water and then apply a moisture-rich conditioner to the mid-lengths and ends. Then wash off your hair and pat dry them with a cotton towel. Allow them to dry naturally and then see the magic… You will own flowy tresses and soft mane which makes you get surprised!

• This method is mainly suggested for all those who own a dry/coarse hair. The 'Co-Wash' method strips the sweat and grime from hair and at the same time strengthens, softens and moisturizes the ends along with balancing the natural oils on the scalp.

So guys… Follow these simple hair washing tips and turn your tresses into healthy and silky ones!!!
