This year for Hyderabad there were 1000 entries out of which 350 were shortlisted.
A first of its kind event, IKFW is one of the biggest platforms for brands and designers to showcase their kidswear collection, and you saw juniors from 3-13 years walk down the ramp in breath-taking creations and celebrate fashion in its peak. One also got to witness their other talents like singing, performing different styles of dance, instrument music and so on.
Mr Manoj Mahla, Director, Craftworld Events, said, "India Kids Fashion Week is the perfect platform for emerging as well as established designers and brands to showcase their creativity in the booming children's apparel space.
The kidswear market was estimated at Rs. 66,000 crore and is expected to grow further in the coming years. Tapping the potential many international players have entered the space as well.
Realising that consumers are more aware and in tune with the latest trends, brands are combining sustainability with fashion to cater to the bespoke apparel needs of the little ones.
With IKFW, our endeavour is to bring together the best and most reputed fashion brands and designers in the country." Also, this year, IKFW is going international with Dubai.
