Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Ingredients Needed

• Vegetable Stock – 1 cup

• Chopped Broccoli – 1 cup

• Cheddar Cheese – 1 cup

• Butter – 1 cup

• Cream – 1 cup

• Onions – ½ cup

• Garlic – 1 tsp

• Paprika – 1 tsp

• Grated Carrot – ¼ cup

• Ginger powder – 1 tsp

• Almond flour – 1 tsp

• Pink salt – As needed

Process

• Take a pan and add butter to it… After it gets heated, go with onions and garlic and let them turn golden brown.

• Next goes the almond flour… Mix well for a minute and then add the vegetable stock. Let them cook for a while with occasional stirring.

• Thereafter goes in carrot and broccoli… Allow them to become tender and then add paprika, salt and ginger powder.

• Finally goes in the cheese and cream… Mix well and allow them to cook well. That's it! Your 'Broccoli Cheddar Soup' is ready to hit your tummies!!!

Cucumber Salad

Ingredients Needed

• Chopped Cucumber – ½ cup

• Onions – ½ cup

• Chickpeas – ½ cup

• Dill - – ½ cup

• Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

• Feta cheese – ½ cup

• Chili flakes – 1 tsp

• Pepper – 1 tsp

• Pink salt – As needed

Process

• Nothing much to do… Just take a bowl whisk olive oil, lemon juice, chilli flakes, pepper and salt. Next, take a bowl and add cucumber, onions, chickpeas, dill and feta cheese and mix well.

• Now, add the oil concoction to the cucumber salad and toss well with a spoon. That's it! Your tasty salad is ready in minutes!!!
