Sleep is one of the most salient parts of our life. The better hours of sleep we get, the better we look - healthy and fit. Getting proper sleep at the right time also improves your mental and physical health. Even the functioning of our brain works properly. Well, these days we see the complete opposite of it.
Men and women suffer a lot of problems due to lack of sleep. We often see "lack of sleeping problems" with working moms. On one side they work late nights and on the other side, they make their kids sleep at night. This problem is ubiquitous. Depression and mood swings: Less sleep causes various hassles like anxiety, anger, depression which tends to mood swings. We see this most common in youngsters and working employees. Seriously it's a malign sign physically and mentally. This indirectly drains your motivation levels and affirmative interest towards work.

But sleep deprivation cascades your confidence in taking decisions. Memory problems: According to UC Berkeley sleep researcher Matthew Walker, an associate professor of psychology and neuroscience: "What we have discovered is a dysfunctional pathway that helps explain the relationship between brain deterioration, sleep disruption and memory loss as we get older and with that, a potentially new treatment avenue." He also added, "When we are young, we have deep sleep that helps the brain store and retain new facts and information," Walker said. "But as we get older, the quality of our sleep deteriorates and prevents those memories from being saved by the brain at night." So, it is essential to have a sound memory to store information in a better possible way and respond appropriately to all the matters and happenings in and around you.
