GINGER TEA


This is one of the most effective ways to soothe a sore throat. While ginger tea bags are easily available, you can also boil water along with a tsp of fresh or dried ginger and let it steep. The warm liquid is an instant pick-me-up, while the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of ginger are healing to coughs and colds. CARROT SOUP
