We all know that Malaika Arora is also called as a fitness freak… She owned this tag with all her wonderful way of workouts. Being a yoga freak, Malaika always stays healthy and fit and also advises the same mantra to her fans by posting her yoga and workout videos on social media.

Today being 'International Yoga Day', this Bollywood beauty has shared her fitness mantra and inspired all and sundry with a wonderful video… Have a look!

In this video, she starts off the video saying that, Yoga is a way of life rather than working out or doing something to gain fitness. Yoga is a mothership to all the things related to her body and tags this age-old exercising way as a sacred way and finally tags 'Yoga' as her best friend.

Along with a few awesome yoga poses in the video, she also adds a few words to her post making us know the importance of 'Yoga' in the daily life… "People who know me, they know that every day is International Yoga Day for me. Not a lot of you know this but yoga helped me through some of the toughest moments of my life - Both personally and professionally. And I'm not talking about just yoga asanas, I'm taking about leading my life in a way that I focus on the positives, be grateful for the life I have, the people I have in my life and work every single day to get better at it. Yoga has taught me all this.
