The Bollywood diva Saiyami Kher is stuck in her home town Nasik as it is lockdown period… In this Covid-19 crisis time, Saiyami is not losing hope and is seen building her body following a healthy workout regime.

This Mirzya actress took to her Instagram account and posted her workout video to inspire her fans… Have a look!

In this video, Saiyami is seen going with a set of workouts in her garden area enjoying the company of her dear peacock 'Raju'… Saiyami also says that, she is missing the long runs to NCPA, Bandstand and the slopes of Pali Hill.

This B-Town diva also said that she is taking a 300m-run around her house daily… Going with the same monotonous run from 90 days was very difficult for her but she took it as a challenge and worked on the core and basic strength with her workout regime to get faster and avoid injuries…

Saiyami also listed down the workouts which she has done in the video and also doled out her fans to go with this simple format to own a healthy and fit body…

• 200 lunges (20x10)

• 100 push-ups (10x10)

• *Core* 4/5 SETS

• 90-sec plank

• 30 full sit-ups

• 30 leg lifts

• 30 in and outs

• 30 bicycle

• 30 obliques
