  • • The second is 'Vinyasa' which strengthens the arms…
  • • The third one consists of both 'Utkatasana' and 'Tadasana'… These both poses strengthen the lower body.
  • • Coming to the fourth one, it is 'Shalabhasana' which strengthens the back.
