New Dubai Visa Guidelines For Indians
The Dubai Immigration Department revised the tourist visa guidelines for Indians. Here are some things you should be mindful of:
Travellers should have at least 3,000 dirhams or INR 68,000 as proof of funds for a stay of one month and 5,000 dirhams for longer stays.
It is mandatory to have confirmed hotel reservations and return flight tickets while travelling to Dubai.
Airport officials in Dubai may inquire about the purpose of the visit and funds to support your stay. In case they find any discrepancies, they may detain the traveller.
Visitors on tourist visas cannot engage in employment activities.
Visitors on employment visas must complete all the necessary procedures upon arrival to work in Dubai legally.
The Dubai visa photo requirements are 45mm x 35 mm dimensions (height x width) and the photo should not be more than six months old.
Indian travellers visiting friends or family may be required to produce copies of their passport or visa, contact and accommodation details of their hosts.
