Eight deaths reported from morning in Visakhapatnam Gas Leak Incident
According to initial reports, toxic gas began leaking from LG Polymers near Gopalapatnam in Visakhapatnam at around 2:30 a.m. About eight deaths have so far been reported from morning.

BJP state president Kanna Lakshminarayana mourned on the death of innocent people and suggested to use private hospitals in Vizag to provide emergency treatment to the victims in the LG Polymers gas leak incident. Also suggested to deploy NDRF teams

Children getting treated after they lost consciousness while inhaling the toxic gas leaked from LG Polymers in the early hours of Thursday at RR Venkatapuram in Visakhapatnam.
According to sources, the death toll has gone up to six, including a child. It is said that the count is likely to increase further as many are undergoing treatment at various hospitals.
