TS Govt cancels 10th Class exams
Hyderabad: The Telangana Government on Thursday cancelled all 10th Class exams, which were scheduled to be held from 17th May, in view of the pandemic situation prevailing in the State and also keeping in view of the CBSE notification cancelling all exams.
"The results of 10th class students will be prepared on the basis of Objective Criteria to be developed by the SSC Board, Telangana at a later date. Any candidate not satisfied with marks allotted will be given an opportunity to sit in an exam as and when the conditions are conducive," Special Chief Secretary of Education Department Chitra Ramchandran said in her orders issued today.
Delhi's five borders completely closed
New Delhi: Corona infection is spreading very fast in Delhi. The Delhi Traffic Police has completely closed the five borders of the capital in view of the serious condition of Corona. The movement of vehicles has been banned here. The traffic police has informed about this by tweeting on Thursday that Ghazipur, Mungeshpur, Harewali and Tikri borders have been closed from Delhi.
Telangana: EC announces election schedule for 2 corporations, 5 municipalities
