Hussain Sagar reverberates with Jai Ganesha slogans. Giant Khairabad Ganesh idol immersed

The most eye-catching important event of immersion of giant Ganesh idol started at an auspicious time of 1.30 pm. Crane number 4 .

The devotees were seen chanting Jai Ganesha, Jai Ganesha and Ganapati Bappa morya when the Ganesh idol was slowly dipping in water.

The entire premises are engulfed with spiritual chanting. Devotees thronged the venue to witness the holy event .

Police has made elaborate arrangements to avoid teaffic jam and swift movement of ganesh idols. Some idols are being carried in rickshaws. Young children below 12 years in colourful dresses dancing and beating drums are seen. Enthusiasm at its best.

Balapur Laddu winner declares to present 'Prasadam' to PM Modi

The famous Balapur Laddu winner K Shankar Reddy announced that the Laddu he won in auction will be presented to Prime minister Narendra Modi.

Shankar Reddy, who won the laddu in auction at a whopping Rs 30 lakh 1000 at Balapur Ganesh pandal, said that he will meet PM Modi and also union minister for Home affairs Amit Shah in New Delhi and present the Ganesh prasadam to the national leaders.
