Janata Curfew Live Updates: Following the call given by the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi over the fast-growing coronavirus positive cases, the nation observes shutdown 'Janata curfew' in Sunday to minimize the spread of the novel coronavirus cases in the country.
According to the report, as many as 300 people have been tested positive for Covid-19 in India so far including 21 in Telangana. With the fast-growing number of positive cases across the globe, all the governments across the globe are making all-out efforts to follow social distancing along with the closure of schools, colleges, restaurants, malls and public places. Coronavirus has infected more than 2,70,000 people and killed more than 11,000 across the world and in India four deaths recorded among 315 cases so far.

Chief Minister Sri K Chandrashekhar Rao has convened a high-level meeting at Pragati Bhavan here on Sunday at 4PM to hold further discussions on the measures to be taken to prevent the spread of Coronavirus in the State. There is a possibility of declaring lockdown in the Telangana State. This would be decided at the meeting. The CM will inform details of the meeting to media persons at 5 PM at Pragati Bhavan. The CM will join the applause programme as directed by PM Sri Modi.
