Coronavirus in Telangana: Telangana registered 602 coronavirus cases and three deaths in a single day taking the total tally to 2,64,128 and the death toll to 1,433. And the recovery rate went up to 2,51,468 with the recovery of 1,015 cases in the last 24 hours. At present, there are 11,227 active cases out of which 8,942 are in home or institutional isolation.

Coronavirus in Andhra Pradesh: Coronavirus cases in Andhra Pradesh have seen a drastic fall on Monday. According to a bulletin released, as many as 47,130 samples were tested in the last 24 hours where another 545 positive cases were reported taking the total number of coronavirus cases across the state to 8,62,758 and ten people have died in the past 24 hours, which brings the total death toll to 6948. Lodge manager allegedly killed in a three-men attack in Anantapur, two accused arrested

In a horrific incident, an atrocity took place in Anantapur district wherein a lodge manager was attacked by three people for denying room for rent. Uma Lodge manager Eshwaraiah was seriously injured in the attack. The lodge manager Eshwaraiah, who was critically injured, died on the way to the hospital. Upon learning of the matter, police rushed to the spot and arrested the two accused while the other one seems to have been escaped. Among the arrested, two of them belongs to Dharmavaram and one is from Nallaboinapalli in Battalapalli mandal.
