Hyderabad: Cabinet Sub-Committee on Podu lands meet at BRKR Bhavan
The second meeting of the Cabinet Sub-Committee on Podu lands was held at the BRKR Bhavan on Friday.
The meeting, chaired by Tribal Welfare Minister Satyawathi Rathore, was attended by Ministers Indrakaran Reddy, Jagadish Reddy and Ajay Kumar. Special Chief Secretary of Forest Department Shanti Kumari and other senior officials were also present in the meeting.
The Cabinet Sub-Committee discussed various issues pertaining to Podu lands. It reviewed the district-wise presence of Podu lands and the extent of utilisation for cultivation by Tribals and non-Tribals.

Hyderabad: 2 elderly women kidnapped from old age home in SR Nagar
Two elderly women has been kidnapped here at old age home under SR Nagar police station limits here in Hyderabad. The assailants later confined them in a house under Ameenpur police station limits.
