Performances:
Nikhil went under the skin of the character and has delivered his best performance in this movie. The actor has blended well with the character and justifies the role completely. Lavanya Tripathi looked absolutely gorgeous in the film. The actress will not only impress the audience with her looks but also will grab the attention with her stunning performance in the movie. Vennela Kishore and Posani Krishna Murali will definitely bring some good laughs in the theatre. As usual, Nagineedu has delivered an energetic performance in the movie. Satya and Kishore also delivered decent performances in the film. Tarun Arora justified his role.
Technical Aspects:
Though the movie is a remake, director T Santosh has succeeded in presenting the film in a refreshing way. Though his narration is really good, his pace of narration is extremely slow and execution might not be able to engage all sections of the audience. Production values by Rajkumar Akella under Movies Dynamix LLP are very high. We can see the producers have invested decent amounts without compromising in terms of quality. Music by Sam CS is outstanding. Keeping the songs aside, the background score is energetic and interesting. Suryaa's visuals and cinematography added more strength for the movie. Editing by Navin Nooli could have been better.
Verdict:
Having an interesting plotline has become a major plus for this movie. The film starts off on an interesting note. The first 30minutes itself will grab the attention of the audience. The movie has a slow-paced narration which is the biggest minus point. Despite being a remake version, the film has a different screenplay which failed to work. The second half is handled well. All the sections of the audience might not connect really well with the film. Performances, BGM and especially Nikhil are the highlights of the film, but the weak screenplay and execution of the story will be the minus points of the film. On the whole, 'Arjun Suravaram' is a one-time watch film.
