Sharwanand has teamed up with a new director Kishore Reddy for an upcoming Telugu film titled Sreekaram. Priyanka Arul Mohan is the leading lady of the movie. The film released amidst a positive buzz today. Interestingly, the director earlier made a short film of the same title. The short film is about farmers and agriculture. Story:

Karthik (Sharwanand) is a successful software engineer. He is appreciated by his colleagues and boss. One day, he gets a chance to work on a project-based in the USA but he decides to quit his job and do farming. He comes up with the idea of united farming in his village. What is Karthik's goal? What made him resign from his job? What happens in the end? Forms the film's story.

Performances:

Sharwanand is undoubtedly the show stealer of this movie. The actor has delivered his career-best performance in this movie, especially as a farmer. Even in the action sequences, Sharwa breathes life into his character. Priyanka Arul Mohan will impress the audience not only with her beauty but also with her flawless performance. As usual, Sai Kumar played a powerful role in the film and his performance added more strength to the film. Murali Sharma is too good in his role. He went under the skin of the character and delivered his best performance. Rao Ramesh justified his role completely. Naresh went under the skin of the character. The rest of the actors like Shishir Sharma, Aamani, Saptagiri, Satya, etc delivered decent performances in their respective characters.

Technical Aspects:

Production values by Ram Achanta and Gopi Achanta are lavish. Music by Mickey J Meyer is one of the biggest plus points for this film. His BGM elevated all the scenes in the film. Cinematographer J Yuvaraj produced some bright and beautiful visuals for the movie which added more strength to the film. Editing by Marthand K Venkatesh is clean and neat.

Verdict:

Director Kishor B came up with a great script for this movie. Despite having a farming backdrop, the director has succeeded in making the movie as engaging and entertaining as possible. His pace of narration also made the audience get hooked on the story. The first half and second half of the movies are neatly packed. The film starts off well on an interesting and connecting point. The film's presentation is impressive as well. The director has taken enough time to set the mood properly and then drove the audiences towards his core concept. There are multiple connecting points in the film which is a very good thing. Right from the beginning to the end, the emotion never goes down. The heart-touching moments in the second half will surely elevate the film to the next level. The climax is loaded with heavy elements which is another positive aspect. All in all, Sreekaram is an emotional film that has the potential to hold the audience's attention. It is a film that definitely works at the box-office.
