Heroes are human too!
The life of a promising actor, Sushant Singh Rajput to be cut short due to personal worries and depression that culminated into suicide is quite shocking.
Bad times, and periods of stagnation in one's professional career are routine; all great actors have faced this predicament in different ways, and overcame them successfully with flying colours, it is where one's true grit should come to the fore, in warding off evil and unwarranted impulses like suicide tendency to overcome the crisis.
Above all, all actors – big and small -- must not live in the false world of 'larger than life' assumption in life. This mindset will only help disassociate such individuals from the reality, and the rest of the level-headed crowd; to be pushed into an island like situation, and propelled into an unnatural situation like suicide.

Don't give up, ever!
It's very shattering to know about Sushant's suicide. The man who lately in his movie 'Chhichore' delivered the message on how to battle suicidal thoughts have committed suicide. It's hard to believe. We just never know who is going through what. Remember his line "ek to chance banta hai" .
Close to 8 lakh people die by suicide every year. Many of us have thought about taking our own life when we are devoid of all hope but giving up was never an option because one must listen to your story rather than to attend your funeral.
Please understand that suicide is not just a split second decision made before committing the act. It's a systematic downward spiral and we genuinely need to understand and respect the need for mental health resources and education much more. And remember giving up will never be an option .

WFH is the 'new normal' today
During this pandemic, Work-From-Home (WFH) has presented before us one of the biggest opportunities to explore, something we can adopt in the future and make it the new normal.
In today's world, everything can be done online, from grocery shopping to software development, but will WFH at such a mass level sustain? WFH has the potential to become the next biggest fusion of comfort and work at a mass level, but certain aspects are concerning.
First of all, companies will save hugely through real estate and transit costs if WFH takes off, so they will have to increase the remuneration of employees to ensure loyalty. Secondly, companies will have to ensure that all their employees have adequate infrastructure to remain equally efficient.
For this, they can make laptops available or cover costs for obtaining such infrastructure as Google and Facebook have done.
Thirdly, high-speed internet connectivity and top-notch antivirus and security solutions have to be ensured.
If all this is taken care of, with proper coordination between companies and employees, nobody can stop WFH from taking off and sending the world into a new era of technological advancement.

A blueprint for e-learning
Please engage all students developmentally with daily relaxed internet classes with breaks. They have several advantages such as: social distancing during corona, non- crowded classrooms and minimal disturbance.
Please make internet education by schools and colleges inexpensive and affordable for all (including the poor and the middle class) as internet saves a plenty of expenses for all (including business houses) on infrastructure, maintenance, operating costs and transportation costs.
Also students may be introduced to short subject quizzes of multiple choice (available in plenty on the internet or prepared by the Institute) which give final score and correct answers immediately after the quiz to hone the subject skills of both students and teachers too as an EASY fun game relaxed constructive manner.
