Now storytelling also is lost to hi-tech….

Update: 2019-04-27 21:56 IST

It was interesting to read the report "Okay Google, 'Tell me a story" (THI 27 April).

After the tool "Alexa" what's the today news, it seems it is going to be stories without human touch.

It may a boon for working parents who are unable to spend quality time with their children when employers like Jack Ma co- founder of Alibaba Group whose 996 (9 am to 9 pm 6 days a week) has stirred a debate across globe.

Firstly, in our present family system already grandmas/pas seems to find themselves out of place when children joined by adults are seen with mobiles in their hand and they end up sitting before idiot box watching killer serials starting with mythology, scheming in-laws (all), stale comedy shows and so on.

Story telling whether for children or otherwise is an art which requires real human being not their voice in a device.
