Our middle-order is good
It was heartening to watch MS Dhoni and KL Rahul hitting their tons in the Team India's second warm up match of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 played against Bangladesh at the Sophia Gardens, Cardiff. MS Dhoni has been the pillar of the Indian Team from years.
His splendid 113 runs off only 78 balls in the warm-up match against the Bangladesh manifests that the wicketkeeper-batsman is undergoing a tremendous form. KL Rahul too with his glorious 108 runs in the match seems now to have solved the long running discourse over the No.4 batsman of the batting slot.
MS Dhoni and KL Rahul are two prime batsmen of the middle order. Their impressive ton hitting knocks in the warm-up match unveils that the Indian middle order bears the potential to guide the team to a handsome total of runs even if the opening partnership fails in some of the matches of the tournament.
