Plight of poor needs due consideration

India is trying it's best to curb the spread of Coronavirus, as such it receives huge applause from many countries across the globe.

As all states have gone in for stringent rules in the name of lockdown, they have failed to take into consideration the plight of daily wagers, farmers and not to mention the destitute and beggar. The poor, who are the most vulnerable, were left to struggle to meet their basic needs sans daily wages and transportation services. Even though few relaxations were made in green zone areas, it did not redress the hardships of the people.

Some measures to resuscitate our economy are :

1. RTC should be permitted in green and orange zones subject to certain conditions.

2. Agriculture plays a pivotal role as one can't live without food. To let India to live, governments should provide transportation services for farmers to sell their produce and even assist them with cold storages facilities.

3. The government should allow the small scale and medium scale industries to perform.

4. The government should ensure that the daily wagers earner earn their livelihood and be given financial assistance.
