The continuing saga of missing voters

Are the missing voters in the list, citizens of this country? If yes, what are the reasons for deleting certain names and complete address from the voter's list? (THI 12-4-2019) The department responsible for this need has to explain.

When Aadhaar number is linked for many schemes and government related departments why not to voting? It appears that the governments are more worried about the attendance of the employees than giving value to their votes.

The house addresses that are existing in the house tax payments lists, Electricity bills are surprisingly missing in the voter's list.

What kind of great visionaries are ruling this country! It is clear that these governments working like commercial companies want only property/income/sales tax payers but not responsible citizens to elect their rulers in this country.

Can we call this democracy? The country is run by the private limited companies not by the statesmen. This is the fate of common citizen under the administration of foolishly selfish rulers and their administrators.
