WWW turns 30!

The dial-up internet as World Wide Web (WWW we know it now) turned 30 yesterday and no wonder Google used doodle to remind us the wonder technology supposed to help to enhance our knowledge and share ideas. What is more revealing by none other than Sir Tim Berners-Lee the inventor of this technology that half of the world population are unconnected and those who are online feel that their freedom and rights are not well protected.

Having said this at least here the technology is getting misused to spread hatred amongst us. While the www is helping to stay connected with people far away, we seem to be slowly disconnecting from our own people within household. While wishing technology many more years stay to make us a better human being and not otherwise.
