Teacher In Tamil Nadu Thrashes Student For Missing Classes

The teacher was enraged by the absence of seven students in his prior lesson, and he punished them with corporal punishment. On Wednesday, a video of a teacher viciously hitting a student inside a classroom in Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu's Cuddalore district, went viral on social media.

Nandanar Boys School in Chidambaram's Durai Kaliyamoorthy Nagar was the scene of the tragedy. Subramanian, the instructor, was teaching a physics class to pupils in Class 12 at the time.

The teacher was enraged by the absence of seven students in his prior lesson, and he punished them with corporal punishment.The pupils were also forced to kneel as the teacher was being caned on television. He was also observed repeatedly kicking them.

A classroom student videotaped the incident and shared it on social media.Selva Pandian, the school's in charge and caretaker, has launched an investigation into the event. The video grabbed the attention of the users as how the anger of the teacher is showcase towards student for misssing his particular classes. The recorded video circulated within a short span of time as the incident is believed not to justified.

Pandian stated thay they have started an investigation and are speaking with the students. Departmental action would be taken against Subramanian based on the findings.
