30 complaints received during Prajavani

Hyderabad: Prajavani which was held at GHMC main office on Monday after the Assembly and Parliamentary elections has received a huge response from city people. All the top officials in the GHMC including the GHMC Commissioner Dana Kishore were present at the public event.

The complaints of the citizens already have been reported by the 'MyGHMC App' and through tweets every day to the Commissioner. As per the Commissioner's order, all top officials participated in the programme.

As many as 30 complaints were received by the Commissioner in the programme. Few women complained to the Commissioner about the illegal construction of sheds on the road at Punjagutta, Meera Trade Center which is causing difficulties to the locals. Besides, there were complaints from the public on issues such as illegally dug up roads, imbalances in property taxes, improvement of graveyards, removal of encroachments on footpath.
