ABVP seeks hostel for degree college students

Osmania University: Education Minister G Jagadeeshwar Reddy inaugurated the Centenary Academic Block here on Monday. ABVP Secunderabad convener Jeevan, activists, PG college students submitted a memorandum to the Minister seeking hostel facility for degree college students.

They said the SC and ST students were facing lot of difficulties due to the lack of hostels nearby. Jagadeeshwar Reddy assured them that that government would take steps to provide hostel facility.

ABVP leaders Mahender, Harsha, Anil, Subhash, Sai and Vinay were among those handed over the memorandum to minister. OU Vice-chancellor, Registrar, OCD staff and others were present on the occasion.
