Vikarabad: Leaders of KVP and MV Foundation expressed their concern over falling standards in government educational institutions.

They said the importance of teachers has been considerably reduced in the schools. They submitted a memorandum to the MLA Dr M Anand, requesting him to take an initiative to improve standards in the educational institutions.

According to the study conducted during April and May by them, as part of campaign for learning outcomes, the students from class 5 to class 10 were not up to the mark and failed to perform to the required level.

KVP, MVF, Balala Hakkula Parirakshna Vedika along with social activists conducted survey on 377 students in the district. Finding the disappointed results, they requested the MLA to intervene and conduct social audit and class wise inspection in the educational institutions.
