Artificial Intelligence industry tour on June 9: Telangana Information Technology Association

Hi-Tec City: Attempting to connect educated youth and opportunities in artificial intelligence segment, Telangana Information Technology Association (TITA) has come up with a novel programme 'Artificial Intelligence Industry Tour'. The tour is scheduled to be held on June 9 and priority will be given to rural youth.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has a lot of potential in terms of employment and by the year 2025 it may grow to the tune of $60 billion. There are lots of professionals, who are unaware of the AI and many who aspire to be part of this huge industry.

TITA is organising 'Industry Showcase 2019' to bridge this gap. The tour will commence at 9 am and end by 6 pm on June 9. Fee for the participants is Rs 1,499 per head which is scheduled to be held at Phoenix Park. This is the initiative to help, guide and educate the rural youth in exploring opportunities besides acquiring knowledge of the industry.

The tour will be held in six sessions, including AI overview, AI objectives, Connect with Experts, Mock Interviews and others. An exhibition is also planned as part of the tour which would showcase the products of AI. Face recognition and other aspects of the AI will be showcased. Explaining about the tour, TITA global president Sundeep Kumar Makthala said it was designed to give information and educate students upon the potential of employment in the future. The tour is mainly focused on rural students and sponsorship will be provided to them by TITA. Similarly, IT professionals, who are looking for growth can also opt for the tour to enhance their knowledge on AI.
