CM KCR's effigy burnt over inaction

Osmania University: Nava Telangana Vidhyarthi Parishad (NTVP) burnt the effigy of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao in front of Arts College here on Sunday for not taking action against people resorting to sexual harassments.

"Panic prevailed among people with recent rapes of Priyanka and Kavitha Bai in Shamshabad, Teku Lakshmi in united Adilabad, Manasa in Warangal. The government has to take steps to ensure culprits are punished severely. Government has to extend support to bereaved families," they added. NTVP leaders Satish, Lakshman, Kamal, Harish, Sai, Kiran, Kalyan, Praveen, Krishna and others were present.
