Construction workers celebrate May Day

Tarnaka: Construction workers celebrated May Day on a grand note in Lalapet on Wednesday. Tarnaka Corporator Alakunta Saraswathi was chief guest.

She greeted the workers and lauded Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for implementing several welfare schemes for workers. Building construction Association president M Srinivasulu, TRS leaders Sunil Mudhiraj, Mallikarjun, Sudhakar, Junaid, Vishnu, Santhu, workers and others were present.
