Convocation held at Dadasaheb Phalke School

Gachibowli: Convocation ceremony was held here at Dadasaheb Phalke School of Film Studies on Friday and noted film producer and distributer Allu Aravind attended the programme as chief guest. As part of the programme, 25 students of the institution who have completed their courses in direction, cinematography, digital music production, audiography and other courses have been presented with certificates.

Speaking on the occasion, Allu Aravind advised the students to have an understanding of society apart from the required skills. He hoped that the students would have bright future and could be of immense use to the entertainment industry. He said that different entertainment platforms have come up in recent years and the industry requires skilled artists and technicians to create content.

The coming days would provide greater opportunities to the students, he said. Aravind said he was pleased to personally hand over the certificates to students. Eligible students would be given opportunity at his company as well, he said.
