Demand grows for dump yard shifting

Kapra: Dammaiguda Joint Action Committee (JAC) on Wednesday called for the support of everyone in the shifting of Jawahar Nagar dump yard. Chairman of JAC Dr B Shankar Narayan chaired a meeting of the committee at Queen's School here.

He called upon members to go to each house in the area to create public awareness about the issue. He suggested that they enroll people as members for taking up the agitation against location of dumping yard.

Those who attended the meeting included Sammi Reddy, Venkatesh, Sanjiva Reddy, M Sunita, A Manjula, Ravinder Reddy, Venkatesh Goud, Sarala, Nagaraju Reddy.
