Discharge duty passionately, CP V C Sajjanar exhorts probationary SIs
Madhapur: Cyberabad Commissioner of Police V C Sajjanar on Thursday advised 15 probationary SIs. Including seven women, undergoing training in the Telangana Police Academy, to work with commitment and bring a good name to the department.
Sajjanar was addressing the officers who reported to him for securing postings. He advised the officers to have determination to serve people, while stressing that, "people approach the police with faith, in accordance with which you should generate public confidence that the police are with them. You should work with commitment, dedication and discipline, treating people equally.
You should not display any partiality towards relatives and bias." The CP told the officials that they should utilise science and technology in controlling crimes, in deployment of security, filing of charge-sheets in courts and conducting investigation to ensure that the guilty get punishment. He created awareness among the officers on the duty challenges they would face and urged them to get closer to people through friendly policing.
Among the police officers present on the occasion were Cyberabad Traffic DCP S M Vijaykumar, Women and Children's Safety Wing DCP Anasuya, Cyberabad Armed Reserve Headquarters Additional DCP Manikraj, and Administration RI Vishnu.
