District Minorities Welfare Office gets hold of R&B land to build orphanage

Nampally: District Minorities Welfare Office (DMWO) has been given the possession of (392 sqyds) land belonging to Roads and Building (R&B) department for Anees-ul-Ghurba Orphanage.

The piece of land with a G+1 structure was the only patch left on the adjacent land which has been already handed over to Waqf Board for construction of multipurpose complex in place of Anees-ul-Ghurba Orphanage.

Deputy Executive Engineer Krishna Kumar handed over the land documents along with sketch to District Minorities Welfare Officer Mohammed Khasim after carrying out panchnama.

Grade-II Urdu Officer Mohammed Younus, Executive Engineer Asha Jyothi and other staff from Waqf Board and R&B were present on this occasion. A multi-floor complex in place of Anees-ul-Ghurba Orphanage area is being built. The construction is expected to be completed in a year or so. The possession of the land was taken as per the instructions of Director Minorities Welfare.
