The facility allows international passengers (both departure and arrival) to pre-book their choice of products online and collect them when undertaking travel through RGIA. In these times of Covid-19 outbreak, the online platform has made purchasing duty-Free products "easier and safer" for international flyers, said a press release issued by HDF here on Thursday.

The release said passengers wanting to avail this facility will first have to register on HDF website www.hyderabaddutyfree.com. Then they can key-in their travel and passport details. After this, they can select their choice of products available on the website.

They can place orders well ahead of the scheduled travel, for which they would be issued a receipt along with order details. Special discounts and promotions are available on the website compared to conventional in-store shopping.

The passengers can collect the products from HDF store at the airport at the time of undertaking their international travel, after showing the receipt, passport and boarding pass. HDF is witnessing quite a good number of visitors at its website, who are curios to check product availability, prices and promotions.
