Function hall mishap toll rises to 5

Amberpet: The death toll in the recent Amberpet function hall wall collapse rose to five with Abdul Majid (37) of Premnagar, who was undergoing treatment in Osmania hospital, succumbing to the injuries on Sunday evening.

He was working as a salesman in a hardware shop. His family went into deep mourning following the bereavement. Four persons were killed on the spot when the wall crashed after a marriage function.
