Mohit S K, a student, said, "A youngster in Delhi left his bike and went walking as the challans were too high and the value of the bike was not that much." Menaka, a resident of A S Rao Nagar, said, "I received three messages from for not wearing helmet. It is impossible to wear a helmet even to go to next lane to pick up groceries. Is the government doing anything to provide good clean roads without potholes? We pay taxes. Thousands are getting affected due to dengue. Is the government bothered?"
