G Kishan Reddy to hold padayatra in Lok Sabha constituency

Secunderabad: The Secunderabad Lok Sabha constituency workers' meeting was held in the BJP city office, with Union Minister of State for Home G Kishan Reddy attending as the chief guest.

In his address, Reddy said that 'padayatras' would be taken up by BJP MPs in their respective constituencies from October 2 to 31 covering 150 km, as decided by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the recent Parliamentary Party meeting. He called upon the activists to prepare the route plan for the 'padayatra' covering all localities, colonies in the Assembly constituencies.

The stress during the 'yatra' would be on taking Gandhiji's freedom struggle to the people's notice, planting of saplings and creating public awareness on protecting the environment and active people's involvement.

Among those present at the meeting were former city unit president B Venkat Reddy, state secretary Papa Rao, city general secretary Dr N Goutham Rao, T Rajashekar Reddy, G Raman Goud, Atluri Ramakrishna Rao, Ravula Sridhar Reddy, Itikyala Lingam, C Malla Reddy, Chaya Devi, Shyam Sundar Goud, Bhanvarlal Varma, Bandari Radhika and Amruta.
