Ganesh Chaturthi fete in full swing in Tandur

Tandur: The festivities of Ganesh Chathurthi are going on with pomp and fervour in the mandals of Tandur, Yalal, Peddemul and Basheerabad. The villages in these mandals wore a festive look with colourful decorations and illumination of pandals.

ZP Chairperson Sunitha Mahender Reddy offered prayers at Saipur and SP Narayana Dhangargalli. The prayers are being offered with devotion in tribal habitats and thandas. Arrangements for immersion of idols will take place on Friday at Junti vagu in Kasimpur. The officials are supervising the arrangements.
