GHMC function hall opens for public use

Sitaphalmandi: GHMC multi-purpose function hall, which is under construction, has been opened for public use based on the requests from local people. The first event was held in the function hall on Sunday. Deputy Speaker of Telangana Assembly Padma Rao Goud participated in the wedding ceremony held on Sunday and formally announced the opening of the hall for public use.

A nominal maintenance fee of Rs 25,000 was charged for the event. While the elevation, lighting, RO plant and parking facilities were completed, works for AC units, generator, compound wall and external lighting are yet to be completed. During the event, Padma Rao Goud instructed the GHMC officials to complete the pending works at the earliest.
