GHMC issues notices to 10 dilapidated houses

Kapra: The Kapra circle GHMC officials have issued notices to 10 houses under the Section 459 of HMC Act after identify the dilapidated structures. Of the houses, seven are located in Ward 1, one in Ward 2 and two in Ward 6.

The GHMC Deputy Commissioner, along with ACP, EE and Town Planning staff, at a meeting reviewed on Tuesday the status of the ten houses. They found that while some had vacated their houses, others were yet to do so.

The officials wanted the others to be shifted. The EE was instructed to inspect the houses and their compound walls and submit a report. Among those present at the meeting were Deputy Commissioner T Dasrath, EE Koteswar Rao, ACP Balanand Swamy, TP staffer Madhu.
