GHMC Park cries for attention

Jagathgirigutta: The GHMC park has the potential to attract a lot of people, but, thanks to the bushes that cover the area and the lack of maintenance, people feel uneasy even to dare enter the park.

Locals say that senior citizens used to make use of the park but of late even they give it a miss. The accumulation of sewerage water is resulting in mosquitoes. There are several colonies nearby and during the rainy season, it becomes difficult. The entire park is in a pathetic condition, said the people.
